Studio layout: the only interior door is the bathroom.
Parking for 1 vehicle only.
No pets (service animals only).
Gas fireplace runs Oct 1 to Apr 1. The fire table is for warmth and ambiance, not cooking.
Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am, quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. Your door code arrives 24 hours before check-in.
No smoking or vaping inside, and no parties or events.
